I am from Sturgeon Bay and very grateful to live surrounded by water. The ever-changing seasons give me inspiration to paint landscapes in watercolor, acrylic and pastel. Taking daily walks, with abundant options in Door County, I see so many possible landscape painting ideas. Taking a lot of photos along the way preserves memories of the lighting and composition choices. Weather permitting, it’s fun to paint outside!
