Color and texture are the two elements that continually fascinate me and open my eyes to the ever-changing beauty of Door County.

Pastels offer me the opportunity to rapidly capture the early morning light and saturated colors of the fields, trees, water and sky which nourishes my spirit on a daily basis.

In addition to my framed pastel paintings, I am applying special pastels to my wheel thrown pottery as I further explore softly abstracted landscapes.

I am excited to be exhibiting my pastels and ceramics at our newly rebuilt silo and stone barn at 3918 Clark Lake Rd.
